The iCool Turbo TYPHOON series is the only one of its kind designed and manufactured specifically for cooling large ice bath pools, based on parameters recommended by sports doctors. They can cool practically any type of pool up to 10,000 liters. The high performance is perfectly matched to the extra deep pools of the iCool Team Recovery Pool series, which can be used by 6, 8, 10 or 12 athletes at the same time.
Extra strong ice bath system
Turbo TYPHOON series machines offer a number of unique ice bath and contrast therapy specific features that are not available in other cooling or heating units. They are extremely easy to connect, install and operate.
Easy set up
Each Turbo TYPHOON requires only 2 standard 40mm pool-grade PVC pipes that can be attached to easily accessible fittings without the need for tools.
Perfect for iCool Team Recovery pools
Any Turbo TYPHOON machine can be connected to the iCool Team Recovery fiberglass pools. A single Turbo TYPHOON unit is sufficient for one pool. To set up the perfect contrast therapy, use a Turbo TYPHOON Cool and a Turbo TYPHOON Hot device with two separate Team Recovery pool, or a custom-made Turbo TYPHOON Dual Temp, which is suitable for both cooling and heating.
Unique Twin Engine technology
Every Turbo TYPHOON has not just one, but two complete heat pumps that work side by side in the Turbo TYPHOON. Only iCool can boast this unique technology. The Twin Engine technology allows the Turbo TYPHOON to work efficiently even if one of the 2 cooling engines (or heating engines) fails for any reason.
The Twin Engine design saves a lot of energy compared to conventional cooling units (or heating units), as the built-in digital energy management system manages the performance of both cooling engines (or heating engines) separately to minimize energy consumption. For this reason, lower operating costs can be expected than in the case of other cooling units with similar performance.
Durable materials, long service life
The two heat exchanger tanks are made from the highest quality titanium tubes to withstand all common pool chemicals and salt water. All parts are made in Australia, the material is a special aluminum alloy, with a durable, two-layer UV-protected epoxy coating to achieve the longest service life. Cooling fans (or heating fans) are manufactured in Europe, designed for long life and low noise. The two high-performance rotary refrigeration compressor motors (or heater compressor motors) in each machine are manufactured by Mitsubishi. The electrical components and system software are designed and manufactured by iCool in Australia.
Precise water temperature control
The Turbo TYPHOON machines can be operated from a wall-mounted, 15-inch, Full HD, capacitive touch screen (accessory), and the fully automatic start is enabled by the “One Touch Start” function. Just touch the START button and the built-in intelligence will do its job. It runs the entire start-up process autonomously and can locate and fix the most common setup errors, as well as provide constantly updated pool and system temperature information.
